By accessing or using PetPedia, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the site.

1. Informational Use; No Professional Advice

The site provides pet breed information, care material, images, and comparison tools for general information and personal reference only. It is not veterinary, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional about animal health, safety, or emergencies.

2. Content and Availability

We work to improve content but do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, current, continuously available, or fit for a particular purpose. Verify important information and use the site at your own risk. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, or editorial reasons.

3. Sources and Intellectual Property

Site-owned text, code, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Except where permitted by law or authorized, you may not copy, scrape in bulk, republish, or commercially exploit them.

Some breed data, images, and attribution information come from third-party sources such as TheCatAPI, TheDogAPI, Pexels, Unsplash, Dog CEO, and Wikipedia/Wikidata; their respective terms govern their rights and licenses. The site may display third-party images through a first-party image proxy. An Unsplash download notification occurs only when you actually click the relevant image or link. A rights holder who believes content is improper may send the specific URL and rights details to huochai12@gmail.com.

4. Advertising, Analytics, and Privacy

Advertising and analytics are currently disabled. The site currently does not enable Google AdSense, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager, and does not load Google Fonts. To operate and secure the site, we process IP addresses, User-Agents, referrers, access logs, CSP reports, and a necessary language preference, normally for 14 days. 5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the site to violate law or rights, bypass security controls, distribute malware, disrupt service, gain unauthorized system access, or automate collection in a way that imposes an unreasonable load. Ordinary search-engine indexing and good-faith personal browsing are not prohibited.

6. External Links and International Processing

Third-party images, attribution links, and external sites are independently operated. We do not control or endorse all of their content, availability, or privacy practices. Using them may transfer request data across borders under their local laws and terms, which you should review.

7. Children

The site is for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. Minors should use it with guardian guidance. A guardian who believes a child supplied personal information may contact us below.

8. Limitation of Liability and Security

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use, inability to use, reliance on content, or third-party services. We use reasonable safeguards but do not warrant an error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure service.
