1. Information We Process
To deliver, troubleshoot, and protect the site, server access logs record necessary technical data such as IP address, User-Agent, referrer, request time, requested path, and status code. Browser-submitted Content Security Policy (CSP) violation reports may include the blocked resource, page URL, referrer, User-Agent, and IP address. We do not require accounts or intentionally collect names, street addresses, or payment information.
Where necessary, a first-party language preference (for example, a cookie or local storage value) remembers your Chinese or English selection. It is not used for advertising profiles or cross-site tracking.
2. Images and Third-Party Sources
Some images are delivered through our first-party image proxy: your request goes to this site, whose server retrieves the image. Image content or attribution links may originate from third-party image or information sources such as TheCatAPI, TheDogAPI, Pexels, Unsplash, Dog CEO, and Wikipedia/Wikidata. Only an actual click on an Unsplash image or link sends that image identifier to our first-party download-notification endpoint; page loading alone does not trigger it. If you follow an attribution or other external link, the third party receives your request under its own policy.
3. Advertising and Analytics
Advertising and traffic analytics are currently disabled. The site does not currently load Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google Fonts, and does not use their scripts or cookies. If this changes, we will first update this policy and provide any notice or consent required by applicable law.
4. Purposes, Disclosure, and Retention
We use the information above only to serve pages, maintain language choice, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and respond to security incidents. We do not sell personal information. Information is processed or disclosed only as necessary to hosting and security providers, to respond to valid legal demands, or to protect the site and its users.
Access logs and CSP reports are normally deleted or rotated after 14 days. A relevant record may be retained separately for only as long as necessary to investigate a specific security incident or meet a legal obligation.
5. International Processing and Security
This site and third-party image sources may operate outside your country or region, so request data may be processed across borders under local laws. We use reasonable access controls and safeguards, but no Internet transmission or storage is absolutely secure. Report security issues to huochai12@gmail.com.
6. Your Data Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information, object to processing, or complain to a competent authority. Because logs usually contain no name, we may reasonably ask for a request time, IP address, or similar details to locate a record. Contact huochai12@gmail.com. 7. Children
The site is for a general audience, is not directed to children, and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied such information should contact us.
8. External Links and Updates
The site contains third-party websites and image attribution links. We do not control their privacy practices, so review their policies. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date; please review it periodically.
